About Us

Pollyfields are a family run business based at our home in Devon. Our farmhouse is still our base today, where we design and create our range of fine home fragrances, potpourri, garlands and other interior furnishings. All our products are hand made by our team led by Fiona Jackson and her designers.

Pollyfields has matured from the cottage industry started back in 2000 by Fiona. Pollyfields now boasts  full-time staff and dedicated workshops on the Pollyfields estate. Pollyfields now cater for the consumer market as well as Trade.

Pollyfields products can be found in shops such as Fortnum & Mason, The Eden Project, Fenwicks, Kew Gardens, Van Hage Garden Centre and many other bespoke outlets.

Pollyfields originally started out preparing and designing furnishings at the client's venue or home. This is still a core part of Pollyfields business today. Fiona and her team will be delighted to discuss your requirements and will happily visit your home, venue or party boat! With years of experience designing the perfect party, wedding or special occasion you can rely on Pollyfields to design a stunning atmosphere for whatever occasion.
